These Website Terms ("Terms") govern your use of cipharis.com, operated by CIPHARIS, Inc. ("CIPHARIS," "we," "us" or "our"). They cover our corporate pages, interactive product previews and the Longstride TestFlight signup. They do not replace the terms provided for an app, a beta-testing program or another product service.
Please read these Terms before using the website. If you do not agree to them, please discontinue use.
1. About this website
The website provides information about CIPHARIS and our products. This is a free informational website with sample product previews and a voluntary Longstride TestFlight signup. Product descriptions and previews may include features still in development. Designs, features and release plans may change, and a preview does not guarantee that a particular feature will become available or that a product will launch on a particular date.
Interactive demonstrations use sample information and simplified interfaces. They do not create an app account, save personal health records or provide access to the unreleased app. This website does not offer paid subscriptions or accept payments.
2. Longstride interest and beta testing
The Longstride TestFlight list is available through forms on this website. Registering interest is voluntary. It does not guarantee a TestFlight invitation, a release date or access to any paid service, and it does not create a paid subscription. The TestFlight list is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you are invited to a beta test, the information and terms provided for that test, together with any applicable Apple TestFlight terms, will govern participation. These Website Terms do not grant access to a beta test or authorize the collection of app health data.
3. Health and fitness information
Health and fitness content on this website is for general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Sample scores and demonstrations do not assess your personal health. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of information on this website. For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service.

You may browse the website and use its intended features for lawful informational purposes. You must not:
