CIPHARIS, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("CIPHARIS," "we," "us" or "our"), operates cipharis.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website, contact us or join the Longstride TestFlight list, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Personal information means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you.
This policy covers the CIPHARIS corporate website and its Longstride TestFlight list. Separate privacy notices apply to our product websites and services. Product demonstrations on this website use sample data; they do not connect to your health records or create a personal profile.
1. Information we collect
When you contact us. We receive your email address, any name or other details you include, your message and our correspondence with you. If you make a privacy or security request, we keep what we need to handle it and a record of our response. Please do not send health records or other sensitive information unless it is needed for your inquiry.
When you join the Longstride TestFlight list. We collect your email address, the time you joined, which of our websites you used, and the version of the consent text you saw. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the signup is not from a bot. We store nothing else about you: no name, no IP address, no device details.
When you visit the website. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the information your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address, browser and device details, the page requested and the time, in order to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers. See "Cookies, website traffic and browser signals" below.
2. How we use information
- To deliver the website and keep it running and secure.
- To answer inquiries and handle privacy or security requests.
- To email people on the Longstride TestFlight list when TestFlight opens and when Longstride launches. We use the list for this one purpose and add you to no other list.
- To investigate errors, prevent misuse and protect the website and the people who use it.
- To meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Sending us an inquiry does not subscribe you to anything. Joining the TestFlight list is a separate, voluntary choice.
CIPHARIS does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, which means targeting advertisements based on a person's activity across different businesses' websites or services.
3. Who we share information with
Service providers. Cloudflare hosts the website and the signup service in CIPHARIS's own account and provides the Turnstile bot check. Zoho hosts our company mailboxes. Resend sends the TestFlight list emails on our behalf. When TestFlight opens, we export the active list to Apple's App Store Connect so that Apple can send your invitation. Each provider receives only what it needs for its service.
People working for CIPHARIS. Authorized people may access information needed to respond to you, operate the website or investigate a reported problem.
Legal and safety matters. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or where reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect people's rights or safety, or establish or defend a legal claim.
Business changes. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable privacy obligations. A business transfer does not remove the protections that applicable law gives your information.
4. Cookies, website traffic and browser signals
Cookies are small files that a website or its service providers place in your browser. This website sets no cookies of its own, uses no browser storage and runs no analytics. Interactive previews use sample data and do not save your selections.
Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver and protect this website. Depending on the request and the security services in effect, it may use a cookie for security or request handling. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect access to the website but does not stop processing on hosting servers.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Because we do not track visitors, sell personal information or share it for advertising, there is nothing for these browser signals to switch off, and the website does not change its behavior when it receives them.
5. How long we keep information
Inquiries and request records are kept to respond, complete any follow-up and keep an appropriate record of the outcome.
TestFlight list entries are kept until Longstride's public launch, when we review and close the list. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address only as a do-not-mail record. If you ask us to delete it, we remove it entirely within 30 days.
Hosting logs, email records and backup copies may have different retention periods from the records above. Deleting an active record does not always remove every backup copy at once. Where we must keep information for a legal reason, we will explain the limitation when we respond to a deletion request.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
Every email we send to the TestFlight list has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all messages.
You can email contact@cipharis.com at any time to ask what we hold about you or to request access, correction or deletion. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, your rights may include:

Please describe your request and, where possible, write from the email address it concerns. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity or an authorized representative's authority; do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and how to send them safely. You do not need an account to make a request. We respond within the period required by applicable law, and if we need a permitted extension we will tell you why and when to expect our answer. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain our decision. To ask us to review a decision, email contact@cipharis.com with "Privacy appeal" in the subject. We do not penalize anyone for exercising privacy rights.
7. If you are outside the United States
Our websites and the TestFlight list are open to people anywhere. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another region with its own privacy law, this section applies to you. We process your email address on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. You have the rights listed in section 6, including the right to receive a copy of your information. Your data is stored in the United States by our providers under their standard contractual clauses for international transfers. You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority where you live. We have not appointed a representative in the EU or the UK; we plan to do so before Longstride's public launch.
8. Security
We use safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss and misuse. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security incident involving personal information requires notification, we will notify affected people and the relevant authorities as applicable law requires. To report a suspected security issue, email contact@cipharis.com with "Security report" in the subject.
9. Children's privacy
This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that a child under 13 has written to us or joined the TestFlight list, we will delete the information promptly. Parents and guardians can report a concern by emailing contact@cipharis.com.
10. Other websites
Links may take you to the Longstride website or to third-party services. Review the privacy information of the destination before submitting information there. Following a link does not register you for TestFlight or subscribe you to anything.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The revised policy is published on this page with a new effective date, and we provide additional notice or ask for consent where the law requires it.
