Security

We take reports of security weaknesses affecting CIPHARIS seriously. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in our website, please help us investigate it safely.
Report a vulnerability
Email contact@cipharis.com with Security report in the subject line. Include the affected page or feature, a description of what you observed, and steps that let us reproduce the issue safely. If useful, include a screenshot with personal information and credentials removed.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, personal health records or information belonging to other people. If sensitive evidence is necessary, ask us how to provide it securely before sending it.
Safe reporting
Avoid disrupting the website, accessing other people's information or testing systems that CIPHARIS does not control. If you encounter personal information unexpectedly, stop testing and report what happened without collecting or sharing more of it.
We review reports and coordinate appropriate follow-up. This page does not establish a paid bug-bounty program or authorize intrusive testing.
For requests about your personal information, use the same email address and describe the privacy request you would like us to handle.
